1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and qbet5 (referred to throughout as "we", "us", "the platform" or "qbet5"). By accessing the qbet5 website at qbet5.app, downloading the mobile application, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with any additional terms referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy and any specific terms attached to individual bonus promotions.

These Terms apply to all use of the qbet5 platform — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, VIP Programme participation and all payment transactions. Where specific game or promotion terms differ from these general Terms, the specific terms take precedence for that particular activity only.

If you are accessing qbet5 on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In practice, accounts are individual — one person, one account, one set of identity documents.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use qbet5 you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be registering and betting in a personal capacity — not on behalf of a third party.

Standard documents requested are a government-issued photo ID (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide documents within a reasonable period will result in account restriction until verification is completed.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your qbet5 account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your authorisation, contact qbet5 support immediately through live chat.

Any bets, transactions or activity that occur through your account while you are logged in — or while someone uses credentials you have provided — are your responsibility. qbet5 will not reverse bets or transactions on the grounds that a third party accessed your account with your credentials.

Account Currency and Language

All qbet5 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform interface is in English. Account statements, transaction histories and bonus records are all displayed in PKR. There is no option to switch to a different currency — qbet5 is a PKR platform designed for Pakistani users.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. qbet5 may apply an inactivity administration fee to the remaining balance of an inactive account after giving reasonable prior notice. To prevent this, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months. Any remaining real money balance can be withdrawn before the inactivity period is reached.

4. Deposits & Payments

qbet5 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits are in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier before you confirm a transaction.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your qbet5 balance immediately upon confirmation.
• Bank transfer timings depend on the sending institution — qbet5 processes the credit as soon as the transfer is received.
• qbet5 does not charge fees on standard deposits made through supported methods. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges; qbet5 has no control over those.
• Only deposit money you intend to use for betting and gaming. Deposits made for the purpose of exploiting payment processing systems or taking advantage of bonuses through systematic abuse will result in account review.

qbet5 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. If a method you previously used is removed, you will be notified and alternative options will be available.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where that method supports outgoing transfers. If the deposit method does not support withdrawals, qbet5 will request an alternative verified method in your name.

• Withdrawals are only processed from real money balance. Bonus credits that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement that protects your account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days. VIP Gold and Platinum members benefit from priority processing — same-day for Platinum, next-day for Gold.
• qbet5 does not apply withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, large withdrawal amounts above a stated threshold may be split across multiple transfers due to payment method limits — this does not affect the total amount you receive.
• qbet5 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending review if there are reasonable grounds to suspect account security issues, potential fraud, or breach of these Terms. We will communicate the reason for any delay within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

qbet5 offers various promotions including the welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games and VIP monthly credits. Each promotion has its own specific terms — the details on the Promotions page are the definitive reference for any current offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus credits are not withdrawable cash. They must be wagered the stated number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings generated from them become part of your withdrawable real money balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. A 5x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts.
• When you have both real money balance and bonus credits, real money is always wagered first. Bonus credits are only used once your real money balance reaches zero.
• Different game types contribute to wagering at different rates. Sports bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live Casino games typically contribute 10%. Very short-odds sports bets (below 1.5) do not contribute.
• qbet5 may void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, exploiting promotions in ways clearly outside their intended purpose, or coordinated activity across multiple accounts.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household or IP address.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on qbet5, including Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and all other markets offered:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. If you are placing a bet and the odds change before confirmation, you may be offered new odds or the bet may be returned — depending on your account's odds preference setting.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended. Please check your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours or otherwise failing to reach the minimum required playing time for the relevant sport, bets are typically voided and stakes returned. Specific rules vary by sport and market — see the Sport Rules section in the platform for detail on each sport.
• If an obvious pricing error occurs — odds significantly misquoted due to a technical error — qbet5 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market. These are displayed in the bet slip. High-value winning bets above a stated threshold may be subject to manual review before payout — this is standard practice and does not delay normal payouts in the vast majority of cases.
• Live in-play betting is subject to additional terms. During moments of high in-play activity — such as a wicket falling in a PSL match — markets may be temporarily suspended while odds are recalculated. Bets placed during a suspension are not accepted.

8. Casino & Slot Games

All slot games and Live Casino tables available on qbet5 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real-time dealing to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any external party.

• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are listed in the game information panel within each title. These figures represent theoretical long-run return across millions of spins and are not a guarantee of session outcomes.
• If a game round is interrupted by a disconnection or technical error before the result is determined, the round will be voided and your stake returned. If the result had already been determined before the disconnection, the result stands.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and play related to that malfunction. This applies to both slots and Live Casino.
• Live Casino streams may be paused or a table closed for maintenance at any time. Bets placed and confirmed before a closure are settled as normal. Bets not yet confirmed at the point of closure are returned.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on qbet5. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using the identity of another person to register.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the platform.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage on betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent activity or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus credits, coordinating with other accounts to clear wagering requirements artificially.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or access parts of the platform infrastructure beyond normal user access.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at qbet5 staff or other users through any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

qbet5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; suspected account compromise; or at the user's own request.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is frozen during the review period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account and full balance are reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

If you wish to close your own account — either permanently or for a cooling-off period related to responsible gaming — contact qbet5 support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real money balance at the time of self-exclusion or closure (excluding uncleared bonus credits) will be refunded to your registered payment method after identity verification.

11. Responsible Gaming

Continued use of the qbet5 platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect. Any real money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.
